The Nintendo Wii - Part 1

The Wiimote, weapon of mass destruction!


After owning the Wii for like a month now I thought I post some of my impressions of the console for those people considering getting one (that's if you can bloody get one at the moment).

I'll start this week with the crap stuffs first:

- Virtual Console:What's with Nintendo releasing sh*t a@#& games?! Where are the AAA games?? Oh and don't get me started on the pricing of it!
- Region Locked: Bye bye to importing games. Damn you Nintendo!!
- Pricing of the games: $99 AUD for a Wii game, WTF?! Didn't Nintendo say that the current prices for games were too expensive? I can understand this price point for a Xbox 360 and PS3 game because of the massive development cost but $99 for a Wii games!
- Lack of games: Expected I guess for a new console. However, 2007 should bring us some massive high profile games.
- The name: Do I need to say more?! Weeeeeeeee, speaking of which i need to take a weeeeeeeee
